Established in 2002, Framework Foundation is a growing non-profit that is creatively addressing complex challenges. Our approach is to empower Canadians to ‘get in the picture’ to participate in volunteering and philanthropy.

Rooted in Toronto, we have community partners and volunteers in Calgary, Vancouver and Ottawa. 

Building Stronger Communities
Through our Timeraiser program, we facilitate connections between a variety of groups including young citizens, businesses, charitable and not-for-profit agencies and emerging artists.  By making it simple for individuals to find meaningful and relevant volunteer opportunities, we are cultivating engaged citizens that are likely to continue to make volunteerism part of their life. And engaged citizens are critical to building strong communities across Canada.

Our Civic Footprint initiative focuses on our individual and collective abilities to contribute our time and money more strategically to enhance the social impact.  In promoting philanthropy and life-long civic engagement, we are working to raise awareness and provide the tools required to effectively plan and track long term contributions.

Partnering for Success
We work with community organizations in each city to build teams of local volunteer leaders that deliver exceptional programming. Our success is closely tied to our ability to forge collaborative relationships and we consider ourselves very fortunate to work with some outstanding individuals and organizations across the country.
